I had to call Colonial Home in regards to my HVAC unit. This was in November in Georgia so to have my heat not working in the middle of winter was a bit uncomfortable for me. When I called customer care to request an appointment the rep was very friendly and actually showed empathy for my situation. He wanted to make sure that someone could come out quickly to get my heat back on. The service tech came within 2 business days and worked very quickly to resolve the problem. He was very knowledgeable the service was quick, customer friendly, and affordable and you really can%u2019t beat that.
