I had a plumbing leak in my upstairs bathroom coming from my shower i made a claim with colonial they sent a contractor who came 2 days later but to be fair to him i made the claim on sunday so he came on monday when he got there he found the issue was with a pipe under the shower he called colonial for authorization he repaired my leak and its been good ever since.
