Ripoff false promises dishonesty

On November 4th Money Solutions USA claims for a fee of $375.00 they will get me approve for a home loan with zero or little money down

A Sales rep: Shamikra Johnson called and took all my personal informations to run a credit check. I gave her my credit card number to pay the $375.00 fee.

She called again later to tell me I was approved for the loan, gave me an approval code: 076106 and a user / password to access their webpage.

I didn't find any information on the website, I called customer service dept and they said I will receive a package through the mail.

A couple days later I received a package which was nothing but my credit report. I called Shamikra Johnson over and over, left numerous messages and emails and I never got no reply.

Two days later a loan officer (Janice Byrum) from "FlagStar Bank" called me asked me to fax all my documents to her, she said that I was refered to her by Money solutions to provide me with a loan. ON 11/10 I faxed my documents to Janice Byrum at 888-493-1153

11/11 Brendy called and said Janice is on leave and she will handle my case from now on. She asked a few questions and said I will get an answer from her later on that day.

Ever Since then I never heard anything either from Flagstar nor Money Solutions. I called and emailed them every single day. It seems like I paid $375.00 for a credit report.

I checked with the Better Business Bureau of Raleigh NC there are 226 cases in the past 36 months like this reported against Money Solutions USA
