Ripoff

I just had my credit report pulled up and it shows that I have a fleet cc card for $2500.00 and that I owe $2250.00 on it. It shows as an active card with me being an 'authorized user'. I have no clue what this is! I also have a cbusa account that I have no clue about! Both these phone numbers are disconnected.
