Bill Me Later
Avoid Bill Me Later like the plague

I wanted to make a one-time payment to an on line vendor through pay-pal (the vender seems to require payment by pay pal). Somehow by signing up to pay-pal I also ended up signing up to Bill me later, not knowing what it was. Okay, it was unclear and my mistake. But now: all I want to do is pay the one time payment for the goods ordered (and received) and bill me later is giving me a run around. There is no statement or account number available on my page after I log in. I do NOT want to link bill me later to a bank account, I simply want to send them a check. The BML site says "put your BML account number on the check" but: doesn't provide me with a BML account number. This is several days later—why can't I pay now? I suspect the answer is: because they want to hit me with late charges. Why on earth are they not allowing me to pay asap? Leaving aside the fact that I signed up with them by accident and have no use for their "service" in the first place.
