In 11, we opened a credit card account at target, and paid the debt every time after we purchase goods using this card.

Then beginning on 5, we bagan to got RNB's call almost every day including the weekend saying that we own them some money. We didn't know why we still own them money cause we are that kind of person who never pay late and never have any problem with any other credit card company. They kept calling us for several months, and then we asked them to send a detailed statement to us to state that why we still own them bucks. They only sent us a total amount, our debt accrued from $53 to $222 in four months even we didn't buy anything during that four months. We even didn't know what the original $53 debt came from. We didn't want to compromise to such a ruguish company, so we didn't ansewr their call any more.

Then a month ago, when we checked our credit report, we found that this company have made reverse report to credit record, which change our credit score from 'very good' to 'fair'. What a disgusting company it is! Not mention the continuous harassness and trouble they caused to us by the unwelcomed daily phone call, and that's only for $53! I don't think a company with good principle and reputation can do something like that.
