Unknown Collection Charge-Off on Experian Report, No Contact Info

I found their report on my Experian credit report as a Collection/Charge off.

I don't know who they are. No phone number or address. I don't no the acct: number. They gave me August thru November as charge off. Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with these people and clear my credit acct?
