Bille Wright case manager Warning about using edocumentprep.com for help in loan modification, they claim that they will help, yet don't respond once they are needed to actually do something

On July 12 I was contacted by the company rep Jenise and was pre-qualified for their help in getting a home loan modification, I filled out the paperwork and paid for services to go over my paperwork and prequalify for their help and services to be performed if my current mortgage company denied me a loan modification.

On Nov 2 I received word from my mortgage company that they denied me a loan modification, so I forwarded the reply to Jenise at edocumentprep.com letting her know of the denial and that I expected them to perform as per their promise in the email I received stating how they worked.

Finally on Nov 12 I received a reply from them stating Jenise was no longer there and had left three weeks prior. I questioned them on this as I have an email date Nov 4th from Jenise, I stated that this was bull as I just received and email on Nov 2nd from Jenise email, so how could she be gone for three week and demanded an explanation as I had not received their supposed email either. I was told "No one has any explaining to do. You can either forward your questions that you have or not. We will be forwarding this to our manager Billie Wright and Jenise has been gone for three weeks. We sent an email 3 weeks ago to that fact."

I responded by telling them please forward to Billy as I await his response as all email traffic was sent to Jenise email address and should be there. On Dec 10th I emailed Mr Billy Wright letting him know what the issues were and the problems I was having and letting him know where my loan process stood and it was now up to them to proceed or refund my money.

On Jan 15th after not receiving a reply to my email to Mr. Billy Wright I again forwarded him and email demanding a refund check less the qualification fee. And telling him how disappointed I was with his company. I repleyed sending the orginal email that discripted what they company would do for me and their refund process.

I feel I might have been taken in by a scam, as neither Mr Wright or anyother member of the supposed support team has even taken the time to respond to my last email.
