When the company call and says "We are enrolling you today" (PAUSE) (the consumer has noway of knowing what they are enrolling into or the cost is, of course a person is going to respond to hear the rest of the story.)
They continue on to give there story about National Fire Ins and a very breif message of what is covered. Never do you know that you agreed to paying a fee for a Policy, never did they ask for an account number or a credit or debit card, How do they have the info for your personal account?
SCAM Fraud.
What can be done about people doing these kind of acts, how do you protect your checking account?
