J Unprofessional, not organized, poor follow up, whines, not succinct

A very poorly organized company. Repeated requests for information already received. Does not like PDF documentation. Wants everything FAXED.

Does NOT have a standard sheet with all documents required, documents are requested in pieces via email or over the phone.

Will request documents and then say they do not technically need those documents, but the underwriter might...

Will ask for the latest financial data from your last quarter. The ensuing processing will take so long that the next quarters' are required. Then a request for statements of those same quarters to be broken down into months, not quarters.

Very arrogant and disrespectful. Very, very slow to react. Very very quick to blame. Worst refinance we have ever experienced.
