Sorry to hear that I am not the only one. The story is exactly the same. When I called First Link to complain. They denied all wrong doing. When I asked to hear the tape they refused saying the tapes would not be available until after 3. Pm.
Especially when I told them that I had asked if the credit card was an unsecured card on the original conversation.
It does make me wonder if they are the same as Everest. I got stung twice in two weeks.
I guess the old saying is correct. If it sounds too good to true it is.
I'll be following the advice of others to get my money back but now have taken on a new hobby to write the attorney general in as many states to prevent this company from stealing from others.
