Change of due date on care credit account

I have been on the phone trying to change the due date on a past due account for the last 3 hours. All i get is the same phone number that keeps transfering to the same foriegn call center that tell me they can't change it. I was permanently disabled 18 months ago, got behind have been trying to make payments when i could. I need the date changed on the due date to match with the arrival of my social security check and avoid late charge fees
