Making a bad situation worse - Claims Management Services

I was hurt on a jobsite accident almost a year ago. Sedwick has overseen my case the entire time. I honestly don't believe that they could do a worse job. I have gone entire months without getting my temp disability checks. I have had several of my bills from the hospital go all the way to collections before Sedwick would take care of them. I honestly think the entire company should be razed to the ground for their horrid practices. I am not sure if they are malicious or simply incompetent and at this point I don't really care which.
