Capital Platinum Credit Card Company in Hallandale Beach, Flordia Tells Lies.

My husband and I saw the the capital platinum card advertise on television telling hispanic consumers that they could earn credit and use the card anywhere. My husband calls and they tell him that when the card arrives he would have to have a mony order ready for $299.00 and in return they would give him three separate checks of $100.00 and that said he would be able to get them cashed at a bank, which was a lie because they were just a piece of paper. My husband calls and they saw that when he puchases something he could send those in for credit. We also found out that the card go only be used on the internet to purchase items from their website.

A couple of weeks later we decided to purchase something so we could get our money back. We decided to buy a computer that was $400.00 dollars, well thats what we thought. That same day after purchasing the computer they sent me a receipt through e-mail and said they would call with the balance afer shipping and handling. No one called so about after two weeks by husband called and a lady told him those computers were not in stock and probably would be in two weeks. After about three weeks we called again because we never heard from the company. My husband explains everything to the lady he talks to and she says that you have to send a deposit before they can send the computer and that the price that was marked out was the deposit. We thought that was the price before they marked it down. It was very misleading. Really we just gave the Capital Platinum Card Company, aka S.A.P., $300.00 for nothing!
