Telemarketing Fraud

I got a lot of calls from this company saying I had been approved for a "$2000 line of credit on a mastercard" for a $249 payment with 0% APR for 3 years with a balance transfer option. I was also told I would be recieving the card in "10-20 days". I got worried when I didnt recieve the card and was told the following.

1) That it was "stored value card" with no credit on it

2) That it was a "25 business day wait for delivery"

3) And that I could sue the head office if I wanted to.

I would be sueing with the last penny and have just discussed with an attorney. I have and have made a fraud complaint with my bank as well "Bank of America".
I am certain its in the public interest to stop this company before they get away with the bait and switch telemarketing fraud they currently are perpertuating.
