Chester hale ripoff i sent a deposit to help secure a small business loan after cashing check lincoln shire financial does not return phone calls or e-mail

Contacted Lincolnshire Financial through a realestate co.in Michigan. After a few conversations and explaining I am a new business owner and need help securing a Small Business Loan. I was told there was not a problem, Chester Hale explained to me he all ready had two banks to work with as soon as I sent $500.00 deposit. He chester Hale could get started on the process and we could expect to close in 30/ 45 days. AFTER THE CHECK WAS CASHED, I could not get a hold of Chester Hale. I have left several messages I have e-mailed I even had the realestate co. Call and he would not even talk to them. I left a message with his secretary that I wanted my money back as he is not who he represents.
