Ripoff

I was rip-off by this company and had to suffer the consquences of their actions. I spoke to a lady named ms. Gracia and she told me to would get a master card of a lifetime and that it had no yearly annual fees. Would get a new gateway computer and a digitial camera. I told her i did not have the money in my account she said no problem just call back 2 days before nov. 8 2004 to let them know i don't have the money to get another date when i can pay it and that they will delay my payment. So i called and did't get through then i continued to call and left 2 messages 4 someone to call me back and NOT take the money out my account.

I got no feedback so i called again, i spoke to some rude lady that said i had to call within 5 days before Nov. 8 as i explained to her that they called me about 5-6 days before Nov. 8 and thats not what i was told. She explained she could not do anything to help or stop payment and to go through my bank to stop payment. I did just that and the bank could not hepl me either b/c they didn't know how the payment would be sent. So now the checking account i had for so long has an overdrawn balance of the $354.90 $30 fee that i have no money what so ever to pay any time soon.

I have not received anything yet and i want that money credited back to the bank. This was the worst thing i have ever experienced and they falsly gave me the wrong info and cared nothing about it. I believe there should be some kind of lawsuit against this company for falsly ripping people off and convincing them to pay for these lies.
