After hearing the T. V add I invested the initial payment for the home study course to purchase property with no money down. After the course arrived I received a phone call for mentor service for an additonal $2,500.00 which also was billed to my credit card.
The mentor service was limited to phone time and of no help at all. I should have known better. After several month of attempting to purchase property with no money down I wound up with no property and no money. Only a very large credit card bill.
I never heard from Carlton Sheets company after my phone time ran out. Public be suspecious, check offers out before investing not after.
