Ripoff, lied

NCRC lied to me from the very beginning. I hadn't been late on any payments before I used their service. They told me that I could stop making my payments when I signed on with them. After that, I got late notices from all of my credit card companies. They screwed up my credit.

I also asked them if just using their service would affect my credit. I believed them when they said it would have no effect. They lied. Every time someone pulls up my credit not only do my late payments that they caused show up, but it also says that I was in "consumer credit counselling". This has kept me from buying a house, starting a business and just plain pissed me off.

They provide no service at all that you can't do for yourself. They lie. They will screw up your credit. It makes me angry that they pretend to be a "non-profit" organization. I learned the hard way.
