Ripoff large prepayment penalties, deceptive, rude employees

I had a problem at first with them not paying my property taxes. When my husband broke his arm we needed to refinance. We had already been victims of another predatory lender and had to settle out of court only to be victimized again. Now that I chose a new lender they are being real jerks and refusing to release my appraisal so I don't have to pay for it twice. They are also charging me over 4000.00 in prepayment penalties and making it hard for me to change companies. Stay away from Ameriquest.
