Warrenty does not cover repairs to even make house legally habitable

1. The pressure tank on the well went bad, they said they did not cover this, on the well pump, but this part is needed for the well pump to fuction properly and reliably

2. A sewer pipe broke and they claimed it was not covered because it was outside the house, this pipe connects to the septic system witch does say is covered. No how is this pipe not covered? This is a legualy require to fuction for the house to be lived in

I'm out $2500 now
