Fidelity Support Services is a ripoff

This company seemed like they were doing what they promised to do. I gave all the paperwork they needed I was recieving info back from the bank where i have my morgage through where they were sending them the all my files.

One day I tried to contact Teresa Mansfield and when I tried to email her the email failed and when i tried to call them you get a recording that said to dial the extention you wanted to reach and then it just hangs up even when you dial the ext. It hags up. It dosent even say the name of the company anymore.
