Rip-off! I was totally lied to!

Everest Consumer Services took $299 from me with the promise that I was getting a Visa credit card, with a credit line starting at $2400. Never was I told it was a program with a package, never. I was Lied to. When I called for a refund right away, I was told it would take 30 working days, then my money would be put back in my checking account. I am on disability and was taken for a ride, and need my money.

Now they want my bank to fax them PROOF they got payed. What bull. The bank said I would have to fax them, but why do I have to do all this after I was told and promised that my money would be refunded 30 working days from the! 6th. Of August, thats how long it has been. I want my money and don't know what I should do first.

I will fax them what they want, the proof that they were payed, but still was told I will have to wait 48 hrs for proccesing and then see if I will get my refund. This is fraud and I feel they should be sued big time. I don't know what else to write, so I will end it here.
