Ripoff charged my debit card to someone else's account

My debit card was charged to someone else's account and the company has over drawn my account and refuses to credit back the money or pay the fee's and they cant give and documents to back up why this was done there answer is it was a verbal auto pay done on the phone and I have been calling them since oct 27 they have called me once on yesterday when i asked for a copy of the auto pay sign up. They dont even call when they tell you they will contact you. I contacted the dist attoney today and was informed that the same thing happened to her with her credit card that floored me that a company can do this and we are left to fix there mess
