Chase Bank
Unfair Overdraft fee charges when I didnt want OD on acct

Business & Finance

I specifically opt out for overdraft coverage due to the constant minipulation of debits/withdrawals from acct. The with holding of pending debits. One minute a debit will show to be processing on your online acct. Then a day or two you look at account and everything has been processed or so you thought! Because now you dont have any open debits pending it is safe to feel everything was sucessful, then after a whole week or more goes by and you think you are clear to freely make a debit because everything has been processed. You make an online payment or such, then all of a sudden you get a mess that you are in overdraft, not even ahead of time so that you take care of it but in one day every debit is cleared and an overdraft fee has already been tact on. Not to mention every single month I have to fight for my money back for one thing or another. If i dont have the money to cover a transaction the law is, it should not go through, but it does every single time, every single month never fails. I really dont have the time to baby my accts like that. Im way to busy and stressed to deal with this.
