Nine West took my money

I came across something special card for $40 to Eight West. I visited a Seven West shop in Toronto and requested them just how much was inside it. They explained I'd need to contact the Eight Northwest quantity available on their site.

I contact the the client representative informs me I've to deliver it towards the headquarters in Ny since it was a classic gift-card also it must be reissued. And so I settled like $2 and delivered it via Canada Article. They explained it'd consider about 4-6 months.

8 weeks later, no response. I contact them-and they tell delay several more months. I did so with no giftcard. I contact them again, which period, they’re stating that I didn’t need to deliver it within the first place.

They said they’ll deliver it back again to me. Which was over per month 5 before and that I however haven’t gotten my gift-card for $40. Nine West customer support sucks.
