Complaint About Holding Funds and Lack of Banking Regulation

Has anyone ever used PayPal? How does that lying, cheating, stealing company stay in business? The scariest part is that they have personal and account information for hundreds of millions of people. They do everything they can to hold on to your money as long as possible. If you don't like it, then they politely tell you "tough luck." More important, they are not governed by any banking regulations. That's right. They can actually keep your money if they want.
What happens if that company goes belly up? Wow. Can you imagine that? Well, it can certainly happen.
I want to highly recommend to anyone who is considering using PayPal, because it is the preferred method of the other criminals at eBay: don't do it! Do not open a PayPal account. Find another solution.
