Vms, getvms.com cannot be said here, however, if you are a sole proprietor - record all conversations with them/alert them you are doing so & have a lawyer assist you in all papwork sent/received

As a sole proprietor, I am certain - after months of unscrupulous actions (changing a signed contract AFTER I sent it back to them agreeing to their services, charging my bank account for months after I terminated said services -AND the inconvenience of having to CLOSE my account after numerous failed attempts to cancel their services, and constantly conflicting information from every VMS employee/level) - that these people are only interested in scamming 'the little guy' as long as they can, without detection/prosecution. That will end VERY soon, as there are an estimated 41 other complaints to date - unresolved - against them for the very same thing I have endured.

After hours of research, and finding on this well-respected site, RIPOff Rerport.com, I was relieved to disocover that I was not alone - and am VERY hopeful that all the small business that RELIED on their integrity, honesty, and basic good business accumen will prevail in Court of Law, if necessary. Thankfully, although their corporate office is situate in Illinois... The State of California does not take activity as theirs lightly.
