My mom received a petition from Allen Adkins stating that she was being sued, I called these people and tried to talk to them, they told me I needed a power of attorney, told them I had one, they said I could fax it, tried all that day to fax it, would not accept, so I call them to which they said keep trying. So knowing that sometimes faxes can be busy I got up early the very next day tried to fax it still the same thing, they told me the fax opened up at 9am,

So I waited a little after and yes you guessed it the same response, so I called them they said I could email it, I took down the email address they gave me and guess what, it was invalid and I called and they repeated it back to be again, invalid, so now I am getting suspicious. Because most legit businesses are very astute in their business dealing. So I come online to perhaps find a good email address and find out mom is not the only one dealing with these people! Wow thank you Lord for insight. So now I need to figure out what to do next, any advice?
