Their claims staff is specially trained to try and get the customer involved directly with the contractor, get the repairs done and then Colonial backs out of warranty coverage under some pretext. Out and out cheats. Their system is never up and running, so they do not right away give you a claim number etc. The emails they send out, connected with claims do not even have a return response email address. The field is just blank.in other words, you cannot respond back.
