AHS-cannot get a copy of contract without starting service agreement - Copy of contract for AHS detailing exclusions and limitations and such

According to the website, i could get a copy of the contract detailing exclusions and limitations and such, by calling them... Which i did and i was told i could NOT get a copy of contract so i could make an informed decision unless i started the 45 days period to start.
