Refund Needed for services cancelled - Care Credit credit card

I have made a deposit for services that I cancelled prior to the two-week cancellation window for an appointment that I do not intend to have because everything was not explained to me about the procedure up front from the health provider. I would like a full refund for the deposit of $760. This is absolutely unacceptable. How can Care Credit hold dates for appointments and refuse refunds of deposits? They aren't the actual health provider! It's a credit card! I'm paying for nothing!!! I hate Care Credit and will never use another GE product if this isn't fixed. Have you seen all of the forums? Care Credit should be sued big time for the unethical business practices they represent.
