MrsC - Credit card interest rate reduction

I am a bit different than the last review i read. My fee was $458, with a 'promise' that I'd get that money back if they couldn't live up to there end of the deal by a certain $ amount... I plan on trying to file with my credit card company, admitting that I did get a package & I was contacted a few times & was even told that several of the companies that they were 'trying' to work with would not reduce their interest rates. Following that, I was given some 'homework' & told to call them back at point X. Now the phone rings once & goes straight to Lots of clicks and fuzz. There was a website. It is now No Longer functional. I want my money back.
