US Bank is the worst! - My debit card was skimmed and over seven thousand dollars were stolen from my checking and savings account in three days.US Bank did NOTHING to stop this. Not an Alert - NOTHING Their fraud department is a joke - held for over 30 minutes and nobody knows what is going on. I am firing them and going to West Suburban - a privately owned bank that I hear stands and cares for their customers. Hopefully, I'll get my money back but in the mean time, US Bank could CARE LESS!
