Savvy salon BAD HAIR EXPERIANCE - the savvy salon

WE WENT IN WITH A PICTURE OF A STYLE WE WANTED, plain as day to see, just a layerd cut with style to shape the face, (the MANAGER) who cut my hair looked at the picture and said ah no problem. I wasnt in that chair 3 min. And she was done. IT WAS NOTHING CLOSE to what i wanted. She just chopped my hair, we told her it was awful she had another lady come to try and fix it, but she messed my hair up to where i couldnt get the style i wanted. That lady said her manager even messed it up. I got NO apology from the manager, she walked away and took the next person in line. I will never go here or recomend this place
