I bought two of these vouchers in July for myself and some girlfriends. I contacted the company and spoke to a very rude Jenny Burke who is the Manager. I asked her what was involved with the groupon voucher and she gabbled off a list of things asking me to get a pencil so I could write it down. I asked her if she had a list of treatments she could e-mail and she sent me the groupon advert verbatim! I sent her an e-mail message to say sorry could I have more information I already have this and received a very poor and rather patronising response. I replied and asked who I could complain to about her attitude - copying it into the owner Lee, I am still waiting for a response a month later, despite calling and leaving my number several times. All I wanted was a list of their treatments and what they involved - can you believe that is a big ask apparently! One of my friends visited them recently for a spray tan and it was all streaky and horrible. This - and their poor complaints handling makes me bitterly regret buying this voucher! Complained to Groupon and was told that basically they couldn't liaise with the company but could give me groupon credits! Why hasn't Groupon got more clout with the companies they sell vouchers for to be able to resolve disputes?
