Groupon is a scam - groupon vouche

I canceled one of the Groupon deal, but they did not refunded my full refund. Out of 20 pounds I paid they gave me only 5 pounds back. The Customer service is sending me an email that I'll get my money in next 5 days. It had already sent me the same info twice, it disgusting how they stringing you along. I will contact Fair Trading Agency. I will never shop with them again.
