Fraudulent advertising, fraudulent charges

After studying present free of charge Sensa just for a $4.95 delivery charge, I requested it. I had been instantly billed $9.95 for delivery. And that I quickly discovered that it had beennot free at-all - but price $89.95.
The confirmation email stated "You've thirty days to test... SENSA® 2-Month Starter Package. Should you..., do-nothing, you'll be charged...$89.95... (and)... Is likely to be immediately signed up for our SENSA® AutoShip Shipping Service… (and)…will get a clean 2-month offer of SENSA® every 60 days in the low cost of only $89.95…You is likely to be incurred this cost every 60-days, billed for your creditcard... If…during the 30-time test interval you're disappointed... (cancel on the site or)... Phone Customer Service at (866) 514-2554 to stop. You'll have to produce a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) quantity and return all available and unopened product… Delivery costs, if any, CAn't be returned."
I quickly attempted to stop on the site — there is no link. I named Customer Support — they'd closed at 4pm. I named 8:12 am the following day and was on-hold for around 20 minutes. Then I had been associated with customer support consultant, Najjaya, and mentioned I needed to stop my purchase. She declined, trying to explain to me "how it worked". I repeated I needed to stop the purchase atleast five times. Lastly, she decided and set me on-hold for 5 minutes or even more moments, then returned on and explained the purchase had only delivered.
