Rubbish customer service

I am totally disgusted with Groupon. I spent 399GBP on a laser hair removal in November, I cancelled shortly after my purchase I claimed for a refund and still haven´t heard from them after several emails. Of course if try to phone line is ALWAYS busy and they just keep you on hold for nothing.

I feel helpeless.
