Hairdresser didnt listen and did what she wanted

I took my daughter in to get her hair cut. After showing a pic (they cut her hair before and it came out perfect) she said no problem. When Allie finished my daughters hair it was horrible. It was all choppy and uneven (she was to do an inverted bob) and i asked her to even it out. Allie cut it again and when it dried it was uneven and she had chunks of hair missing on her sides. For it being a simple haircut she butchered my daughters hair.
