Their returns policy is full of loop-holes and their jewelery is DODGY

Don't buy jewellery from this website! I paid $4000 to get a band which Modnique stated retailed fro $29 000. I got it to possess it evaluated and was informed the stone was virtually useless since it initially had several flaws and imperfections which but have been "improved" by positioning out stated flaws and also the openings were full of clear silicon. I'm a global client and was result in genuinely believe that, as my purchase was delivered via Fedex, I'd 60-days to come back my products. I required a return authorisation amount in sufficient time to come back the band but was requested to hold back 48-72 hours to get a reaction 3 times. I had been ultimately provided shop credit in the place of a reimbursement since evidently I had been just eligible for the one month cash back guarantee because of the proven fact that my products were delivered via normal Fedex, not Fedex International Mail Support (as though I'd understand the distinction, being from the diverse nation and all!) I got tired of obtaining the run-around and so I wound up contacting them at 10pm my period and was informed the boss might contact me when she got within an hour 5 later. I kept up to 1.30am and obtained no telephone call and so I named them again at 7am my period and lastly got to keep in touch with the supervisor who held placing me on-hold (clearly to check on her "software" of reactions to my issues!) After thirty minutes of reasons, I had been requested to call-back 24 hours later so she might provide me an absolute solution regarding whether I really could get my money-back or shop credit (she should have go out of script and had a need to talk to her script writers!). I called back 24 hours later simply to be informed I'd not have the ability to get shop credit OR my money-back! She'd completed an entire 180 and served like our prior discussion had never occurred. BUYER BEWARE!!! Their results policy is saturated in loop holes as well as their jewelery is BOGUS!!!
