Money taken from account

I took advantage of Virgin wines offer of six bottles of wine at half price which were delivered to a family member as a birthday gift. It was not made clear that this was an agreement to purchase the same items twice more on a three monthly basis. I was shocked to discover that more than £50 was taken from my account without my permission or knowledge and the order was delivered to the same person that the original and only genuine order was to be sent.
I am now embarrassed to find that the wine will have to be returned before I will receive a refund.
Will never use Groupon again.
