Disgusting Service

Having bought two separate deals one company went bust the other has simply done nothing. I have been able to contact Balmer Media once and was fobbed off and Groupon the same thing.

No refunds no action NO SERVICE at all but quite happy to take my money.

Every email address is useless and phone number gets you an engaged tone or answer machine. A total and utter con. Not even interested in a reply from them now I wouldnt beleive a word they said... Disgusting
