Infurn bigboy beanbag with groupon vouche

Hi, I ordered a bigoy bean bag via groupon on the 8/11. The website stated it would take 6 weeks for the beanbag to be delivered. I was patient, however just after christlas i tried to contact so called "infurn" based in london (however think the HQ based in germany) and to no avail. I spent £39 on the beanbag plus £12 delivery charge and still nothing. I am furious and really dont know what do to. There is no email for them and the number doesnt work... Help
