Very nice, and kind Company, great customer service, and they alway's Return emails as soon as they can... And the unit I got is African American kinky straight Front lace, 20inchs. The hair is really soft, and very full, I flat iron it to make it a little thinner... But other then that, I would buy again. Not just because of the hair, but because the great customer service...
