Obagi products ordered and not received

I put an order on November 27. I obtained a message verification within a few minutes and also the cost was put on my charge card. Nevertheless haven't acquired item. They don't reply their telephone, "stay" talk is never online. There's no handle shown on the site. I've sent repeatedly and also have been informed via mail the item was to become shipped via USPS priority email on December 9. The web site claims all items are delivered within twenty four hours via USPS priority email at free. They charged mean extra $6.50 for delivery.
