7 of us booked to go to the sky bar in the Millbank tower "with views across London" the day before we were told "due to unforeseen circumstances it had been moved to the Riverview room" In actual fact it was a back room on the second floor with no view. When we questioned the staff it was "due to a wedding or another man due to refurbishment" After the event we managed to get up to the 29th floor and there was a great empty room with fantastic views and no-one using it!
