Rude staff

I lately (27/12/09) visited buy an omega seamaster watch from ernest smith, sadly the view was brokem, and was informed it'd get 2-3 months for restoration. I occur to wander after dark store recently and went directly into check into them, the team told me they might examine requested me the next evening.

I chose to contact again as required to check on the next evening. The Supervisor (Nathan) was completely sudden, rude and wouldn't let me state one-word, his remarks were really coarse, meaning that I had been heavy and may not understand language. He repeated his phrase the view wasn't prepared about 6 times. I had been unable to show him that his team had requested me to phone or that his method was completely unacceptable.

I'll never buy anything from ernest smith again.
