Instead of resending the hair stuff, we were refunded a ridiculous amount without our consent and nothing else could be done

Our friends and that I requested a lot of issues for hairsisters also it required such a long time to provide so when it achieved it was delivered back. We tried calling them to tell them what otherwise might be done-for us to obtain it back and we were informed it's going to charge an additional $10 to resend it.in the place of resending the hair material, we were returned a silly quantity without our permission and nothing else might be completed! We were informed to re order! Being the very first time I applied it, it was an extremely unpleasant experience.
