Order never received

I bought tablets in September we are now January and still not received. I emailed them they said my order would be fullfilled but they had issues with it. Now when i chase them again the email bounces back and their website is not in service anymore HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK!!! If they knew the company was closing down in December they should have reimbursed me when i chased them
